Terms and Conditions for Use of the Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this online event registration service (the "Service"), you (as an Administrator or Registrant) agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and these additional Terms and Conditions.

Definitions

• Service Provider: AGAMiLabs Limited
• Client: The organization or individual purchasing access to the Service for event registration.
• Administrator (Admin): An authorized representative of the Client responsible for managing event registrations, user accounts, and event details within the Service.
• Registrant (User): An individual who registers for an event through the Service.

Administrator Terms

(Incorporate relevant terms from the Agreement, such as responsibility for accurate information, data security, user management, and compliance with the Agreement.)

Registrant Terms

(Incorporate relevant terms from the Agreement, such as providing accurate information, payment of fees, abiding by event rules, cancellation policies, and consent to communication.)

Service Provider Terms

• Service Availability: AGAMiLabs will make reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and functionality of the Service.
• Data Protection: AGAMiLabs will protect user data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
• Support: AGAMiLabs will provide reasonable customer support to Administrators and Registrants.
• Liability: AGAMiLabs' liability for any damages arising from the use of the Service shall be as outlined in clause 10 of the Agreement.

General Terms

• Modifications: AGAMiLabs reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions or the Agreement at any time.
• Termination: AGAMiLabs or the Client may terminate access to the Service in accordance with clause 4 of the Agreement.
• Governing Law: This Agreement and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration as outlined in clause 11 of the Agreement.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AGAMiLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service as per clause 10 of the Agreement.

Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with the use of AGAMiLabs' online event registration system software, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. This acceptance shall be deemed as a binding contract between the Client and AGAMiLabs.
